Where AdminX comes from
AdminX has been developed by people who actively run NHS GP practices and manage those pressures every day.
The functions supported through AdminX reflect the back‑office, governance and management work required to operate safely, compliantly and sustainably within primary care — particularly where responsibility is concentrated in a small number of individuals.
This grounding in day‑to‑day NHS practice underpins how AdminX works and what it deliberately chooses not to do.

AdminX takes a proportionate, practical approach to support.

What we don’t do
AdminX does not provide reception or patient‑facing call handling services at launch.
Our focus is on back‑office, governance and management functions that protect senior time, reduce operational risk and support long‑term sustainability.
Information governance
AdminX approaches data handling and information governance with the same care expected within NHS primary care environments.
